This hotel was excellent for staying in Paris. We stayed for the weekend, and we couldn't have picked a better location. The hotel is situated near the train station Saint-Lazare. From there, we could quickly get the train and metro to almost any destination in Paris. You have an excellent connection to other cities: for example, Versailles could be reached either from Saint-Lazare directly or from Saint-Lazare to Montparnasse and from there to Versailles. The room was good in size for Paris, where mostly the rooms are small. The bathroom had shower gel/shampoo and hand soap. They cleaned the room, and it looked ok. The people at the reception were amicable. The place was quiet and very well isolated for the area it is located. Wonderful stay!

Some reviews here made me nervous about the room size, however I found the room very adequately sized (we had a 3 person room), plenty of room to walk around and the bathroom was also adequate. The location is wonderful, two metro stations around the corner, most metro lines available. opera is a 10 mins walk, Eiffel Tower is about 3 stations away. There are some cafes around the corner, some fast food and some shops for both basics and a bit further you have a big shopping area Lafayette Gallery and all the usuals. The breakfast is simple but tasty, the salon didn’t feel too crowded and it was easy to get your treats. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, didn’t find the hotel hard to find at all.

Even if the rooms are rather small (guess they were built with a businessperson staying in a single room in mind); it is extremely well located, virtually next door to a metro station and one block from Gare Saint Lazare; many buses stop right infront or nearby. It is within walking distance from Place de la Concorde. Considering the location, the rates are quite reasonable (1/3 compared to the hotel across the street). But the best thing in this hotel is the people in the front-desk, they walk the extra mile to help you, always with a smile and kind. I give them 5 stars.

Everything was great. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Room had 4 single beds and 2 toilets which was the best! Comfortable and clean beds. Lovely view. Gare saint lazare and the bus station right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants right below the hotel. Fancy and casual. Kids loved it too! Many shops around and hotel very near to galerie lafayette, fnac, printemps malls. Had a great time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The two main aspects that exceeded expectations were thereception staff. They were amazing providing great assistance in sorting out a series problem that arose whilst we were staying the hotel. Ms Sandrine and the rest of the reception staff cannot be thanked enough for their efforts. The second was the quality of the breakfasts - superb. Helped along by happy friendly staff who made going breakfast every day a treat.
