We arrived in a room with humid walls and fungus smell due to a dripping air-condition machine. It dripped dirty water on my partners close, and he complained. The guy asked him to send pictures and a claim, which the receptionist should have done himself. Nevertheless, my partner did it, and when the manager heard of the incident the next day, she upgraded us to a better room and offered free breakfast for my partner, me and his parents, who were staying in a different room. Really great service and nice staff! :) And super nice, central location. The breakfast had everything necessary, also very nice. Super recommendable.

I went on a trip with my family and stayed here. The location is great if you want to shop and get to know the city. Well know stores are located around. The sector looks very French and is walking distance from the majority of the touristic attractions. The hotel is comfortable and allowed us to leave our bags after check out. It has a metro station right in front that allowed us get easily from the airport and move to the more far-apart places of the city. For a family is great because the room is not as tiny as you would expect a hotel room to be in this types of cities. I completely recommend it.

Great value for money, spotless clean which is amazing given that it is a bit of an older hotel, OK breakfast for a couple of days, and the most outstanding thing was the amazing staff. They absolutely went above and beyond (noticed loose things and fixed them immediatelly, did not overlook anything that needed restocking leaving you thinking if it is going to last till the next time you need it). From housekeeping to reception and the kind people at breakfast, they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely come back!

The staff were helpful and pleasant, apart from one woman on the desk, who wasn't particularly pleasant. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was overpriced for what you get and you can get a nice breakfast elsewhere for half the price.

We had the quadruple room and it came with 2 bathrooms which was totally unexpected perfect for my 2 adult kids. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had a great sleep.we didn't opt for bfast as we preferred the cafes around it. Will definitely stay again.
